Tim has nearly 30 years’ experience in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on small business and contract disputes.

Tim studied law at UWA, graduated in 1990, and was admitted to practice in 1991. 

Before joining Lawfield in July 2020, Tim had been Head of Litigation at Culshaw Miller Lawyers (2012-2020), a consultant to and then Principal of Maxim Litigation Consultants (taken over by Lavan Legal) (2006-2012), and before that, a partner in the firm of Hicks Retallack Litigation Consultants (2001-2006).

At Lawfield, Tim continues to help small business owners and individuals to resolve commercial disputes.
